

Equestrians are tough athletes...
Balance, posture, core strength, and remarkable amounts of self awareness and body control are just a few of the skills that make up a correct and effective rider. However, many of these skills can be inhibited by their own joint restrictions, muscular imbalances, and mental tension. Just as it is important for our horses to be comfortable and maintain the appropriate level of physical fitness to properly perform their jobs, it is equally important for their riders to do the same.
Dr. Hayley has a special interest in the equestrian athlete and aims to not only aid them in becoming better partners for their horses, but to also improve their health and performance in and out of the saddle.
